Lower Mainland summers used to be optional for air conditioning. After the 2021 heat dome — and every summer since — they aren't. We install central AC on existing ducts, ductless mini-splits for older homes without ducting, and high-efficiency heat pump systems that handle both AC and heating on one unit.
We assess your home's existing ducting (or lack of), electrical capacity, and cooling load; spec the right equipment for your square footage and layout; install the system; and confirm performance with proper airflow and refrigerant testing. Strata approvals for condos and townhomes are handled as part of our scope at no extra charge.
White Rock specifics: White Rock is the warmest microclimate in the Lower Mainland — summer highs routinely exceed Vancouver by 3–5°C. AC isn't optional here; heat pumps are the most cost-effective way to get it. Hillside White Rock properties may require additional logistics for condenser placement; we do a site visit before quoting.
